Terms and Conditions
1. RESERVATIONS
Booking a tour with Limitless Nomad can be done via phone, our contact form, or email. We handle accommodation, meals, transportation, excursions, and other services through independent suppliers (e.g. guides and transport companies). Many lodges and unique hotels have limited capacity, so we strongly recommend booking well in advance.
2. DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT
Once the itinerary and price are confirmed, your reservation is guaranteed upon payment:
- Non-refundable Deposit: 30% of the total cost upon confirmation.
- Final Balance: 70% due one month before the trip unless otherwise agreed.
For specific services or luxury hotels, a higher deposit may be required; we will inform you of this in advance.
Bookings made less than six weeks before the start date require full payment upfront.
Payment methods:
- Bank transfer or credit/debit cards (initial deposit must be made before arrival).
- Reservations are confirmed once we receive the deposit.
3. PAYMENT
You can choose:
- Pre-pay the final balance (up to one month before the trip via bank transfer or credit/debit cards; card payments incur a 4.5% processing fee).
- Pay the balance in cash to your driver/guide (accepted currencies: Dirhams, Pounds, USD, CAD, or Euros).
Payment details will be provided in writing.
4. TRAVELING WITH CHILDREN
- Ages 0–5: Free of charge.
- Ages 6–12: 50% discount when sharing a room with two adults (maximum of one child per family).
We aim to make family travel more affordable.
5. AMENDMENTS BY THE CLIENT
We will make every effort to accommodate changes to your booking but cannot guarantee availability, especially during peak seasons or for specific hotels/riads. Amendments may incur additional charges, which will be communicated to you in advance.
6. CANCELLATION
Cancellation must be communicated in writing, and charges will apply as follows:
- Non-refundable deposit: 30% required to confirm your trip.
- 35+ days before the trip: Loss of deposit + any non-refundable supplier payments (e.g., hotels during high seasons).
- 34–21 days before the trip: 60% of the total price.
- Less than 20 days before the trip: 100% of the total price.
Rescheduling is possible without penalties, except for additional costs for special dates (e.g., New Year’s Eve, Christmas).
7. INSURANCE
Travel insurance is not included but comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. It should cover:
- Luggage loss
- Curtailment
- Medical emergencies (including repatriation)
- Cancellation or trip interruption
Participants should have their insurance policy details and emergency contact numbers on hand.
8. ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation quality varies according to Moroccan standards. We book hotels, riads, and guesthouses based on availability and can provide upgrade options for an additional fee.
9. DOCUMENTATION
Travelers are responsible for carrying valid documentation, including passports and visas (if required).
10. RATES
Rates are indicative and must be confirmed in writing, as suppliers may increase prices or taxes.
11. RESPONSIBILITY
Limitless Nomad arranges services ordered and paid for by clients but is not responsible for:
- Lost documents or items
- Strikes, accidents, delays, pandemics, wars, or other unforeseeable events
- Cancellations due to safety concerns or force majeure
We may alter itineraries, transport, or accommodations when necessary to ensure safety, with no refunds for such changes. Participants are expected to follow safety advice from guides or drivers.
12. FORCE MAJEURE
Force majeure refers to extraordinary events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, wars, or transportation disruptions. In such cases, Limitless Nomad reserves the right to cancel or modify travel arrangements.
13. COMPLAINTS
- Immediately report issues to your driver or guide, who will attempt to resolve them.
- If unresolved, contact our office by phone or email.
- Submit formal complaints in writing within two weeks of your return.
We will address disputes promptly and fairly.

We prioritize your privacy and will take all measures to protect your personal information.
